Glynn Honey
Managing Director
Glynn brings over 14 years of high-level management experience to Isobar. He has successfully restructured the operations and client service arms of a number of digital agencies to develop more efficient and strategic relationships with some of Australia's biggest brands - ING, BHP, Multiplex, Lion Nathan, Unilever and QBE. Importantly, he has worked client and agency-side and led creative and infrastructure businesses. This broad experience may explain his contradictory love of chess and boxing.
Trevor Crossman
Strategy Director
Trevor brings with him a vast array of experience across FMCG, Financial Services and Automotive categories. After starting his career in the Graduate Program at DDB, Trevor joined Tribal DDB and cut his teeth on McDonald's & Volkswagen. Trevor has since worked in strategy roles for a number of major digital agencies where he has married strategic thinking to an encyclopaedic knowledge and passion for cars, old and new.
Nick Renford
Creative Director
Nick got through university and a year in London drawing cartoons. Back in Australia he started working on prawn trawlers in Townsville and made more money selling cartoons. Started at Channel 9 in Sydney in 1990. Studied Law. Diverted to scriptwriting (AFTRS). Set-up Energy - his own creative agency in 1994 and was hired by DDB in 2000 to be involved with the set-up of Tribal DDB. He has since been Creative Director at 360, STW, Hyro and HotHouse. His work has won numerous national and international awards.
Adam Wade
Digital Director
Adam has been the digital media director at Isobar since March 2008. Apart from enjoying digital media direction, he enjoys cooking, watching films and eating pineapples. His favourite time of the week is brunch-time on Saturdays.
Fiona Harrop
Digital Manager
Fiona has been at Isobar since July 2008. She likes to think she cycles to work regularly, but realistically only manages to do this once a month. Despite having been in Australia for over a year, Fiona still manages to scream and turn white at the sight of a spider or cockroach.
Alexander Beech
Head of Creative
Alex is no stranger to creative. He has worked with leading multinational and boutique agencies for almost ten years, working in both digital and traditional media on local and international brands, and his experience encompasses the entire design spectrum. Alex holds a degree in design, is an active member in the art & design community and exhibits his own personal work.
Tom McMullan
Content Producer
Tom is the content creator with the intermittent beard. He's been at Isobar since the start of 2008, writing copy, editing videos, and producing content for pretty much all of Isobar's clients. He is fond of writing, music, and metaphors.
Leanne Gostlow
Assistant Accountant
Numbers are Leanne's world, so we're lucky to have her on board as an assistant accountant. Beginning her Aegis career as 'the face of Carat' (the receptionist), she swiftly moved to Isobar where she's been able to broaden her knowledge of the digital world whilst keeping our numbers in check.
